1. Return Policy

At Tijaratly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased from Tijaratly within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care products once opened or used
  • Items with broken seals
  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable in their description

2. Return Process

2.1 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Explain the reason for your return
  4. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization

2.2 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transit.

2.3 Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team when you initiate your return.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approving your return. Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.2 Refund Amount

For approved returns, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending a defective or wrong item).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

For verified damaged or defective items, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
